The scope of work included adding auto operators, re-painting buildings, removing the “blade” roof and changing the front profile to a building, addition of concrete barrier-free ramps, parking lot line painting, install of site furniture, site landscaping, masonry repairs, and new lighting.

Tesla Re-Image

The existing Tesla storefront was a trade-marked design so we were brought in, along with Dialog, to change the shape of the front wall at Tesla. The work included roofing alterations, all new glazing, structural steel alterations, EIFS, revised bulkhead inside, and all the details in-between.

Mill Creek After

Existing conditions of a 14,400 sq/ft design-build including exterior alterations. The work completed is the demolition of interior and exterior elements of the building, aesthetic upgrades to the exterior envelope and renovation of all floors along with additional electrical service and M&E infrastructure upgrades.
