A full-floor demolition, abatement, and fitout (8000 sqft) including washroom upgrades in the former Royal Bank Building. The building itself is a little older and came with some surprises but the space has successfully been redone to accommodate this tech company.
Mill Creek West
Existing conditions of a 14,400 sqft design-build including exterior alterations. Work to be taking place will be demolition of interior and exterior elements of the building, aesthetic upgrades to the exterior envelope and renovation of all floors along with additional electrical service and M&E infrastructure upgrades. Work has begun on site, more details to come.
