Existing conditions of a 14,400 sqft design-build including exterior alterations. Work to be taking place will be demolition of interior and exterior elements of the building, aesthetic upgrades to the exterior envelope and renovation of all floors along with additional electrical service and M&E infrastructure upgrades.
Work has begun on site, more details to come.
