Taco Time aesthetic refresh done on a budget with tight timelines.
Existing conditions of a 14,400 sqft design-build including exterior alterations. Work to be taking place will be demolition of interior and exterior elements of the building, aesthetic upgrades to the exterior envelope and renovation of all floors along with additional electrical service and M&E infrastructure upgrades. Work has begun on site, more details to come.

See ProjectDesigned by the amazing Lori Cox, this 1500 sqft psychology clinic came with soundproofing throughout in the form of baffles, green glue, sound traps, and drywall ceilings. Custom millwork w/ solid surface counters and bright colours helped to finish the space off.
