Long View Tenant Improvement & Landlord Work

Date of Completion
October 07, 2024

This 14,500 sqft project involved putting up new corridor walls, some flooring patching/replacement, painting, a significant amount of work on the Mechanical & Electrical systems side to revamp what was there in order to accommodate the new tenant moving in, and a significant amount of coordination to help accommodate the wall systems & furniture relocations.  The client, design team (Kirsten Janes @ Krista Hermanson Design, David Yee @ Teradi, and John Olson @ Nowak), and landlord were easy & accommodating to work with throughout the project on both the good sides and the rough sides.

Long View is looking forward to being in their new space and we’re very happy that we were able to help them get there.
