4,135 sqft tenant in TD Tower included new ceilings throughout which was trickier said than done given the sloped floors in the tower, new glass entry doors, new flooring throughout, a good amount of glazing film, a fairly decent mechanical & electrical re-work, and a whole whack of Falkbuilt wall systems & millwork.  This was designed by the always-lovely Carrie Rogerson and the landlord is always a great client to work for.  Special shout-out to Meinrad who always has a smile on his face despite putting up with us all day!

Tesla Re-Image

The existing Tesla storefront was a trade-marked design so we were brought in, along with Dialog, to change the shape of the front wall at Tesla.  The work included roofing alterations, all new glazing, structural steel alterations, EIFS, revised bulkhead inside, and all the details in-between.
