A renovation to an existing, occupied space in select areas, we worked with the fantastic architect Julita Rydz on this project which included for new paint in select areas, removal of a curved wall and replacing it with a straight wall, creating additional offices while taking space out of the boardroom, a little new cabinetry in the kitchen, and other odds and ends throughout the space in 6 primary areas.  The job was finished on time, on budget, and the client has a given us a glowing reference that can be provided on request.

Mill Creek West

Existing conditions of a 14,400 sqft design-build including exterior alterations.  Work to be taking place will be demolition of interior and exterior elements of the building, aesthetic upgrades to the exterior envelope and renovation of all floors along with additional electrical service and M&E infrastructure upgrades. Work has begun on site, more details to come.
