Main lobby of Oxford Tower, now 102A St Tower.
The existing Tesla storefront was a trade-marked design so we were brought in, along with Dialog, to change the shape of the front wall at Tesla. The work included roofing alterations, all new glazing, structural steel alterations, EIFS, revised bulkhead inside, and all the details in-between.

The work completed is the demolition of interior and exterior elements of the building, aesthetic upgrades to the exterior envelope and renovation of all floors along with additional electrical service and M&E infrastructure upgrades.
