21,690 sqft construction management renovation complete with yard work, including interior drywall & t-bar repairs, refinishing the main & second floor including reception desk, all washrooms, kitchen, and coffee bar, addition of new office areas in the back warehouse, addition of overhead door complete with new ramp up to the door, HVAC repairs/alterations, high pressure air lines, cleaning of catch basins & wash bay, additional power for parking stalls across the yard, fence repairs, new sliding gate into the yard, and fixing grading issues around the building such as new sidewalk, drainage alterations, re-grading the yard, addition of swales, and transfer pump at loading dock area.

Tesla Re-Image

The existing Tesla storefront was a trade-marked design so we were brought in, along with Dialog, to change the shape of the front wall at Tesla.  The work included roofing alterations, all new glazing, structural steel alterations, EIFS, revised bulkhead inside, and all the details in-between.

Mill Creek After

Existing conditions of a 14,400 sq/ft design-build including exterior alterations.  The work completed is the demolition of interior and exterior elements of the building, aesthetic upgrades to the exterior envelope and renovation of all floors along with additional electrical service and M&E infrastructure upgrades.
