Troy Carmack
Troy has 6 years experience within the construction industry, starting out doing general office work, labour, and estimating takeoffs. Over the next 3 years he eventually worked himself up into estimating, project management, business development, and safety coordination while still occasionally working in the field as a labourer, site supervisor, and lead hand. Over the next 2 years, Troy branched out and did some work on the property management side of the fence as an Assistant Construction Manager, then full Construction Manager for Western Canada before heading to PCL and running projects there. Since Troy has come back to Carstar Construction in 2019, he has been made partner and taken over all aspects of the Project Management and Estimating side of the business. Past experience includes Project Management and Estimating through to completion of various projects for numerous private organizations. Troy’s primary area of responsibility within the company is Estimating, Project Management, and all other office-related scopes of work.
